Construction Work for the Upgrade and Expansion of the 220/110 kV Toruń Elana Substation

This contract involves the upgrade and expansion of the 220/110 kV Toruń Elana substation. The modernization project includes the reconstruction of the 220 kV switchgear to a 2S configuration with tubular busbars for the system and link-type for individual fields, the construction of a new technology building, and the design and construction of a Bridge Rail along with obtaining necessary permits (DUŚ, DLS, and PnB). Additionally, the contract includes an Option for Supervision. Detailed requirements regarding this option are specified in Part IV of the SWZ. According to Article 101, paragraph 5 of the law, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions must demonstrate that the supplies, services, or construction works offered meet the requirements set by the contracting authority, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, particularly through the evidence mentioned in Articles 104-107 of the law, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the contract description.
