Microsoft Expert Services Procurement

Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy, along with its subsidiaries (Hämeen ammatti-instituutti Oy and HAMK akatemia Oy), hereafter referred to as "HAMK", is seeking proposals for Microsoft expert consulting and training services. The procurement aims to find partners for projects utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies, aligned with HAMK's digital strategy, leveraging Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 platforms. During the collaboration, functionalities supporting HAMK's digital strategy will be created using Microsoft Power Platform tools, aimed at reducing manual work for staff through the use of Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technology architectures and related system integrations. This includes implementation, development, and change projects, continuous service maintenance, and training services. Detailed specifications and minimum requirements for the procurement are outlined in Appendix 1 of the request for proposals. A framework agreement will be established based on the competition, selecting three (3) suppliers. If there are fewer than three suitable suppliers or acceptable proposals, all suitable suppliers who submit an acceptable proposal will be selected for the framework agreement. The procedures for procurements within the framework agreement are described in Appendix 1 of the request for proposals. The framework agreement is time-limited and lasts for 2 years, with the procurement unit having the right to extend the contract for two optional years (1+1).
