Natural Gas Pipeline Construction in Romania

The contracting authority intends to establish a sector contract for the construction of a natural gas pipeline from Prunișor to Orșova, Baile Herculane, and Jupa. This includes the provision of electricity supply, cathodic protection, and fiber optics. Suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation until 18 days before the bid submission deadline, as per Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the bid submission deadline. The estimated value of the procurement is between 124,742,494.00 and 135,329,294.00 lei, with the contracting authority providing materials, machinery, and equipment valued at 71,808,494.00 lei. The estimated value of the construction work is between 52,934,000.00 and 63,520,800.00 lei. The value of materials, machinery, and equipment provided by the contracting authority will not be included in the calculation of indirect costs and profit by the contractor during the financial proposal and throughout the contract execution.
