SCADA Data Acquisition Panels Contract

The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement for "SCADA Data Acquisition Panels with RTU". The maximum number of economic operators that will be part of the framework agreement is 1. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is a maximum of 3 contracts per year. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement are as follows: Minimum estimated quantities for the entire framework agreement: 90 units of Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 225 units of Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels; Maximum estimated quantities for the entire framework agreement: 100 units of Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 250 units of Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels; Minimum estimated quantities for a single subsequent contract: 10 units of Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 20 units of Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels; Maximum estimated quantities for a single subsequent contract: 35 units of Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 102 units of Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is 3,219,024.24 lei, of which 596,337.00 lei is for Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 2,622,687.24 lei is for Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 8,131,975.00 lei, of which 1,703,820.00 lei is for Compact SCADA Data Acquisition Panels and 6,428,155.00 lei is for Modular SCADA Data Acquisition Panels. The deadline for economic operators to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers, according to the provisions of Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by OUG 107/2017. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 8,131,975.00 lei, excluding VAT.
