Rental Management System for Residential Properties

Kiinteistö Oy Itätuuli manages 618 rental apartments in the Kemi area. The company is seeking to acquire a rental management system that enables: - tenant selection - credit checks - rental accounting (collection of daily rents) - electronic services for customers (including apartment applications and terminations) - reporting (Varke reports) - integration with the Visma Fivaldi accounting system. In the future, we would appreciate the opportunity to expand the software's use to property management, relocation management, maintenance, and upkeep. The implementation of the software package should be done on a turnkey basis with minimal resources, and it is expected to be operational by the end of the year.
