Care at Home Services Framework - New Providers Wanted (West Dunbartonshire)

West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking qualified care providers to deliver home care services to vulnerable adults across West Dunbartonshire. This is an open flexible framework agreement that welcomes new providers throughout the contract period. The framework will run for 5 years (until April 2028) with an optional 2-year extension (to April 2033). New providers can apply at any time during the Open Period. The estimated total contract value across the full 7-year potential period is provided for reference. Providers must be capable of delivering high-quality, person-centered care at home services to adults receiving support through the Council and Health and Social Care Partnership.
