The city of Bad Münstereifel was significantly affected by heavy rainfall and flooding events in July 2021. Many areas, particularly those with narrow valleys, experienced severe flooding, dynamic runoff, landslides, and the transport of debris and sediment. As a result of the July 2021 events, exte
