Insurance and Risk Management Services for Cornerstone Housing

Cornerstone Housing is seeking qualified insurance brokers and direct insurers to provide comprehensive insurance and risk management services for a three-year period starting February 1, 2027, with an optional two-year extension. Services required include: insurance coverage provision, brokerage services where applicable, professional advisory services, claims management, and loss control services for property, legal liabilities, and general insurance needs. Selection will follow a Competitive Flexible Procedure based on Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PSQ) responses. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, financial stability, economic standing, and capability to deliver the contract. PSQs must be completed in full with all required information. The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender based on evaluation criteria outlined in the Invitation to Tender and contract documents.
