Grounds Maintenance and Communal Cleaning Services Tender

Cornerstone Housing, a charitable housing association serving the Southwest of England, is seeking qualified organisations to provide integrated facilities management services including grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, window cleaning, and gutter clearing. This is a competitive tender opportunity for a contract period of 3 years with optional extensions of 1+1 years. The procurement is being conducted as a Competitive Flexible procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2023 (PA2023).
