Christmas Lights Installation and Maintenance - 3 Year Contract

Higham Ferrers Town Council is seeking experienced Christmas illumination specialists to tender for a 3-year contract covering Christmas 2026, 2027, and 2028. The contract commences no later than 1st October 2026. Key Requirements: - Installation, maintenance, and testing of the Council's existing Christmas lights and equipment - Supply of new lights and equipment as needed - Supply and installation of power supply cabinets, bollards, and other power infrastructure to support system improvements during the contract period - Installation of new lights to the Town Hall building and a decorative light to the top of the Christmas Tree - Continuation and enhancement of the existing town display The successful supplier will manage the complete Christmas light operation, ensuring reliable performance throughout each festive season while having the flexibility to upgrade infrastructure as required.
