Drop-in Service for Young People in Gwynedd - Early Market Engagement Notice

Cyngor Gwynedd's Housing and Property Department is inviting potential service providers to an early market engagement session for a new 'Drop-in' service for young people across Gwynedd. This voluntary engagement exercise precedes a formal procurement process and aims to provide early visibility of proposed requirements, gather feedback on service design and delivery models, understand market capability and capacity, and explore innovative approaches to delivery. The service will be funded through the Housing Support Grant (HSG) with the primary objective of preventing homelessness among young people through early intervention. Market Engagement Session: 10 June 2026 at 2:00pm at Siop Gwynedd, Cyngor Gwynedd Headquarters, Castle Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SE. The session will include a presentation of the proposed service specifications, a question and answer opportunity, and 1:1 surgery-style discussions with commissioning team members.
