Communal Heating Boiler Replacement - Three Residential Properties

Project to procure a qualified contractor to replace communal heating boiler systems and associated heating infrastructure at three residential properties: Arkwright House, Huntingdon Gardens, and Chelmsford Court. Scope includes replacement of gas-fired boiler plant, flues, controls, pipework modifications, hot water storage cylinders, heat interface units, and all mechanical, electrical and building works as detailed in tender documentation. This is a mini-competition procurement under the EEM Heating and Hot Water Systems Framework. All tender documentation, questions, submissions and communications will be managed through Platform Housing Group's Proactis e-tendering portal. The tender includes a provisional item for a potential fourth scheme, to be confirmed based on requirement, budget and internal approval.
