Asbestos Management and Survey Services for Council Properties

This is a 3-year contract to provide comprehensive asbestos management services across the Council's housing, sheltered housing, and corporate properties. Services include asbestos management surveys, refurbishment surveys, air monitoring, and associated technical reports. The contractor will provide recommendations and scope of works for managing or removing asbestos in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide 2012. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis using a combination of fixed-fee and call-off arrangements against a schedule of rates. The primary objective is to ensure the Council meets its legal responsibilities as a landlord and managing agent while maintaining the safety of residents, operatives, and visitors.
