Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Bust Commission for Armagh

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council invites qualified artists to create a permanent figurative bust sculpture of Queen Elizabeth II. The sculpture should be a lifelike, immediately recognisable representation suitable for public display and tourism. The artist will select their preferred medium and design the bust to sit atop a plinth with an informational plaque within the Palace Chapel, Armagh. The Council will approve all materials, designs, and final specifications. The memorial will be officially recognised, and approval from the UK Cabinet Office may be required before unveiling or inauguration. The completed sculpture should integrate seamlessly into Armagh's historic setting and become a lasting tribute to the late Monarch's life and service.
