    Brief

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is inviting tenders from qualified service providers to establish a Framework Agreement for the delivery of Section 68 Review Services. This single-supplier, multi-lot framework comprises four (4) lots, with tenderers able to apply for appointment as the sole supplier on one or more lots. The Framework Agreement will support HEA's Section 68 Review activities, and successful tenderers will be contracted to provide accounting, auditing, and fiscal services as specified. This is an open competition for economic operators meeting the HEA's qualification criteria. Interested suppliers should review the tender documentation for detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, lot descriptions, and submission instructions.
