Design and Project Management Services for National Treatment Purchase Fund Office Fit-Out in Dublin

The National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver Design and Project Management Services for a new office fit-out in Dublin's Central Business District. The scope includes space planning assessment, interior design, and project management for office space ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 square feet (preferably single floor). Work may vary significantly depending on the selected space: turn-key options may require minimal redesign, while shell-and-core or Category A spaces will be transformed into fully functional, high-performance, brand-aligned workplaces meeting modern office standards. All properties are rated BER A3 or above. The successful tenderer will assess shortlisted office options for suitability and manage the complete fit-out project.
