The procurement will be divided into three geographically defined lots: Lot 1 (Seamer Carr and Whitby), Lot 2 (Kirby Misperton), and Lot 3 (Halton East). Services will primarily deliver waste to Allerton Waste Recovery Park with contingency disposal sites available.
