Mobile Trommel Screener Supply and Maintenance for Compost Processing

Yorwaste is seeking to procure one mobile trommel screening unit for processing compost and green waste at Seamer Carr Waste Treatment Site. The equipment must screen processed green waste that has completed a 10-week open windrow composting process as part of PAS100 accreditation. The screener will process compost derived from domestic green waste and landscaping materials, including larger items such as tree branches and small trunks. Required specifications include: tracked mobility, minimum drum dimensions of 6 x 2.5 meters, and hybrid power options will be considered. The supplier must provide up to 3 years warranty and preventative maintenance/routine maintenance services. All machinery must carry valid UKCA or CE marking to meet safety and regulatory requirements. Interested suppliers should demonstrate relevant experience with similar composting operations and provide detailed technical specifications, warranty terms, and service agreements.
