Live Interpretation and Theatrical Performance Services - Market Engagement Event

Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is seeking qualified organisations to provide live interpretation and theatrical performance services across six historic sites: Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace State Apartments, Banqueting House at Whitehall, Kew Palace, and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens. A tender process will commence in July 2026 to establish a framework agreement for the provision of short (9-18 days) and long (30+ days) site-specific productions, as well as family-friendly performances incorporating various art forms such as music, dance, and theatre. The framework agreement will run from April 2027 for three years with options to extend for up to two additional years. HRP seeks partners who demonstrate participatory approaches, understand diverse audiences (not necessarily theatre-goers), can work creatively within historic spaces, deliver inclusive programming, and have capacity to scale operations across multiple simultaneous productions. This Market Engagement Event invites interested suppliers to learn about HRP's requirements, understand the tender timeline and process, ask questions about the contract, and meet the project team.
