Retirement Income Blueprint Consultancy Services - Call Off 1

This is a reissue of a previous contract award notice with corrected documentation (OCID number). Willis Towers Watson has been selected to provide retirement consultancy services to Nest Invest through a series of sprint-style workshops and supporting materials. The supplier will facilitate workshops covering critical design and operational aspects of a retirement income distribution blueprint, including: evaluation of the Customer Mobility Approach (CMA) model, income calibration and investment strategy development, approaches for early retirees, annuity comparator selection, cohort design and cross-subsidy analysis, detailed investment strategy decisions, price-lock negotiations with insurers, and cohort governance frameworks. The supplier will produce pre-reading materials, workshop outcome documentation, and conduct additional analysis to support the design and modelling of the income distribution approach. This engagement requires expert guidance on complex retirement income product design and actuarial considerations.
