Estates, Asset Management and Capital Project Consultancy Services

The Trust is seeking an experienced consultancy provider to deliver comprehensive Estates, Asset Management and Capital Project Consultancy Services. The successful supplier will serve as the Trust's preferred consultancy partner, providing professional advice and support across the full lifecycle of estates strategies, asset management initiatives and capital projects within the Trust's school portfolio. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing strategic estates plans - Providing asset management support and guidance - Conducting feasibility studies and condition surveys - Managing and delivering capital projects - Collaborating with school leaders, Trust executives, and estates personnel - Ensuring projects deliver value for money and align with strategic objectives Services will be commissioned on a call-off basis as needed. The contract will be awarded for an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for up to twelve additional months (maximum four-year term), subject to satisfactory performance and business requirements.
