    Brief

Dublin Port Company (DPC) is seeking qualified engineering service providers through a competitive procurement process to establish two separate multi-party framework agreements: Lot 1 for Marine-Based Engineering Services and Lot 2 for Land-Based Engineering Services. This procurement follows the EU Utilities Directive (2014/25/EU) and Irish regulations (SI 286/2016). The process begins with a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to identify qualified candidates. Up to 10 qualified candidates per lot will be invited to submit tenders, with the top 7 ranking tenderers selected to join the respective framework agreement. Notices have been published on the Irish Government Portal (www.etenders.gov.ie) and the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Interested engineering service providers should submit their PQQ responses to be considered for either or both lots based on their qualifications and relevant experience.
