    Dublin Port Company seeks qualified suppliers for a competitive framework agreement to provide fuel oil supplies to Dublin Port Estate. The contract covers the supply and delivery of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO), and Kerosene to support marine operations, building heating, and standby power needs. Fuel will be delivered to DPC vessels (pilot boats, tugs, workboats), terminal buildings, operational premises, backup generators, and storage facilities across the estate. The supplier must ensure reliable and safe deliveries to designated points, with quantities and frequencies aligned to operational demand. Estimated annual requirement is approximately 738,000 litres (58% Gas Oil, 41% HVO, 1% Kerosene). Responsibilities include fuel quality assurance, delivery documentation, and coordination with DPC personnel. Qualification is conducted through the Achilles Supply-Line Platform. New suppliers must register for Supply-Line Silver Plus membership by 23 October at 12:00 hours and include the relevant fuel supply codes in their profile. Existing Achilles members must ensure current registration and complete questionnaire information.
