ISSB Adoption Training Programme for Thailand's Securities Regulator

Palladium, as delivery partner for the UK PACT programme funded by the FCDO, seeks a qualified supplier to design and deliver regulatory training on International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) adoption in Thailand. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is transitioning to mandatory IFRS S1 and S2 sustainability disclosure standards by 2027. This RFQ invites quotations for services to strengthen SEC supervisory capacity through: (1) comprehensive training modules on IFRS S1 and S2 from a regulatory perspective; (2) practical exercises, case studies, and guidance on risk-based review approaches; (3) assessment methodologies and enforcement responses; and (4) support for internal processes, documentation, and coordination procedures. The successful supplier will equip SEC staff with knowledge and tools to effectively oversee ISSB implementation, ensure consistent corporate adoption across Thailand's reporting ecosystem, and enhance transparency and access to green and transition finance.
