    Brief

WRAP is seeking a lead organisation to coordinate a Collective Action Project (CAP) for the Great Ouse catchment in England. This locally coordinated initiative will bring together farmers, land managers, businesses, and other organisations to address shared water challenges and implement practical solutions for a healthier, more resilient catchment. Priority areas include Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, which are critical to UK fresh produce supply but face significant water pressures including scarcity, pollution, sensitive habitat protection, and the need to safeguard rivers, chalk streams, and lowland peat. The successful organisation will be accountable for coordinating partners and subcontractors to identify shared challenges, develop action plans, and work collaboratively with WRAP. Requirements include strong local knowledge, established relationships with farmers and land managers, proven experience with catchment or water-related projects, and demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse partners. This is an information-gathering exercise (RFI) to assess interest, experience, and capacity for this work. It does not request pricing and does not obligate WRAP to proceed with a formal tender or award a contract.
