Architect-Led Design Team for Mixed-Use Community Building Redevelopment in Athea, Limerick

Athea Community Council CLG is seeking an architect-led integrated design team to provide professional services for stages 2b through 5 of a mixed-use redevelopment project. The project involves converting the Athea Community Council Building on Con Colbert Street into a mixed-use facility with ground-floor commercial space and first-floor residential accommodation. The lead architect will oversee all design consultants and guide the project through detailed design, tender, and construction phases in accordance with the Capital Works Management Framework.
