Mixed-Use Building Redevelopment Design Services - Athea Community Council

Athea Community Council CLG is seeking an architect-led integrated design team to deliver professional design services (Stage IIb through Stage V) for the redevelopment of the Athea Community Council Building in Co. Limerick. The project involves converting the building into a mixed-use development with ground floor commercial space and first-floor residential units. The appointed architect will serve as lead consultant, coordinating the entire design team throughout the project phases. Services will be delivered in accordance with the Capital Works Management Framework. This is an opportunity for experienced design professionals to lead a community-focused redevelopment project in rural Ireland.
