    Brief

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is seeking suppliers for a framework agreement to supply, maintain, and provide consumables for multi-apheresis and extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) systems. NHSBT operates 11 dedicated therapeutic apheresis units across England and Wales (Bristol, London, Oxford, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Plymouth, and Cambridge), providing life-saving and life-enhancing therapies to patients across multiple clinical specialties. This framework will support the provision of new therapeutic apheresis systems capable of performing ECP procedures, apheresis collection, exchange and depletion procedures (including bone marrow treatments), along with associated consumables and maintenance services. Suppliers should be capable of delivering equipment, replacement parts, and ongoing maintenance support to ensure continuous operation of these critical services across all regional units.
