    Brief

This is an emergency procurement contract for the removal and replacement of infrastructure at a farm pass located under the N20 National Road at Balyfookoon, Patrickswell, County Limerick, Ireland. The project involves removing an existing Corrugated Steel Buried Pipe (CSBP) structure and replacing it with a precast box culvert. This emergency procurement follows a reduced tender period and does not include publication of a standard contract notice. Suitably experienced contractors are invited to submit tenders through the etenders platform. The works must commence in early June 2026. The precast concrete elements will be procured separately by the Client and delivered to site by the successful contractor, who will be responsible for installation. Given the emergency nature of this project, the Client requests that this procurement be treated as confidential. Interested contractors should have relevant experience in culvert installation and emergency construction works.
