    Westminster City Council seeks a qualified surveyor to conduct Building Condition Surveys on 33 properties within its Corporate Property Portfolio. The 3-year contract begins in November 2026. Key Requirements: - Registration with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - Surveyors must either hold full RICS membership or have relevant experience while working under supervision of RICS full members - Experience in building fabric condition assessment required This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) to gauge market interest only. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee future procurement opportunities or confer any competitive advantage. Westminster City Council will not cover costs incurred in responding to this EOI.
