Materials Supply - Transitional Arrangements from April 2026

Aster is seeking to maintain continuity of supply by retaining existing incumbent materials suppliers under compliant, time-limited call-off arrangements until April 2026 and beyond, while developing the next generation materials strategy. This opportunity uses the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Material Goods and Associated Services Framework, which is a compliant route to market under PCR 2015 regulations (framework procured prior to the Procurement Act 2023). Suppliers should note that this is a temporary arrangement designed to ensure operational stability during the transition period. Interested suppliers must be able to provide materials and associated services under the existing framework terms while the new strategy is finalized.
