Employers Representative, Technical Advisory and Assigned Certifier Services for Project Barrow Social Housing Construction

The National Treasury Management Agency (NDFA), acting as agent for Dublin City Council and Kildare County Council, is inviting tenders for professional services to support the construction stage of Project Barrow Social Housing Design and Build Contract. Two separate contracts are available: Lot 1 for Employer's Representative and Technical Advisory services, and Lot 2 for Assigned Certifier services. These roles will provide oversight, technical guidance, and certification throughout the construction phase across multiple sites that have received full planning permission and disability access certification. Contracts will be awarded under the Capital Works Management Framework using Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services. The estimated value is indicative only and may vary.
