Employers Representative and Assigned Certifier Services for Project Barrow Social Housing Development

The National Treasury Management Agency (NDFA) is seeking qualified service providers to support the construction phase of Project Barrow, a social housing initiative involving Dublin City Council and Kildare County Council. Two separate contracts are being offered: Lot 1 for Employer's Representative (ER) and Technical Advisory (TA) services, and Lot 2 for Assigned Certifier (AC) services. The ER/TA provider will represent the employers' interests and provide technical guidance throughout construction. The AC provider will verify compliance with design and construction standards. All project sites have secured full planning permission and fire and disability access certification. The estimated contract value is indicative only and may vary based on actual service requirements.
