Brief

LCP will support Nest in reviewing and developing a comprehensive retirement charging strategy. The work includes: analysing current charging approaches across accumulation, Flexible Access Drawdown, and Nest Guided Income Solution; assessing retirement pathway charging arrangements; building a flexible pricing model; modelling alternative charging structures; and evaluating member impacts including fairness, value for money, cross-subsidies, Consumer Duty compliance and commercial sustainability. The engagement also includes benchmarking against retirement market propositions and delivering executive summaries to inform senior governance decisions. This is a strategic consulting opportunity to help Nest optimise its retirement offering and ensure sustainable, fair member outcomes.
