Repairs, Maintenance and Planned Works Services Framework

CDS Co-operatives is seeking suppliers to join an open framework for repairs, maintenance, consultancy and planned works services. This framework, managed by Plentific (a UK property technology company), will serve domestic and commercial properties for CDS Co-operatives and other similar organisations across the co-op and community-led housing sector. Domestic properties include bungalows, apartment blocks, and co-operative housing schemes. Commercial properties include business units, offices and community centres. The framework comprises four lots; this tender is for Lot 1 only, with further tenders for Lots 2-4 estimated from December 2027. Suppliers can apply for framework admission at regular intervals. Once operational, contracting authorities will appoint suppliers through direct award or mini-competition using the Plentific platform. This is the first time this framework is being awarded. Suppliers interested in joining should have experience delivering repairs, maintenance and major works services to residential and commercial properties.
