    Brief

Bristol City Council is conducting a soft market test to understand the range of systems and providers available for print and mail services across its estate. This exploratory exercise is designed to gather information on market capabilities, innovations, and solutions rather than to commit to a purchase or issue a formal tender. The Council is interested in solutions that may include any combination of the following services: - Managed Print Services (Multi-functional Devices - MFDs) - Inbound Mail handling - Outbound Mail handling This is an information-gathering exercise only. Participation does not guarantee future business, and responses will be used to help Bristol City Council assess market options and determine whether to proceed with a formal procurement process. If a formal tender follows, it will be advertised through standard public procurement channels. To access the documents and respond, please visit: https://procontract.due-north.com/Login
