Single Homelessness Support and Accommodation Services

This funding opportunity supports housing-related assistance programs for individuals experiencing or at risk of single homelessness. The primary focus is on preventing homelessness and reducing rough sleeping through early intervention and relief services. Programs should help vulnerable individuals sustain their accommodation, build independence, and access necessary practical, social, and wellbeing support. While the core emphasis is on single homelessness, providers have flexibility to support other vulnerable groups where appropriate. Eligible services may include case management, tenancy support, life skills training, mental health and substance abuse support, employment assistance, and transitional accommodation with wraparound services to help clients move successfully into independent living.
