Brief

West Mercia Police is seeking qualified suppliers to provide planned and reactive maintenance services for building systems across 16 specialized lots. This is an open competitive tender under the Procurement Act 2023, with bidders able to apply for one or more lots. The 16 lots cover: Electrical systems (general power, high voltage, EV charging, lightning protection, emergency lighting, solar PV), Mechanical systems (non-HVAC equipment, boilers, HVAC, generators, UPS, fuel systems), Vertical transportation, Doors and barriers, Height safety, Life safety systems, and Security systems. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. The contract begins 1 April 2027. This is a two-stage tender process: Stage 1 requires submission of a Conditions of Participation (CoP) document per lot by 12pm noon on 20 July 2026 (pass/fail evaluation). Successful Stage 1 bidders will be invited to Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender) to submit detailed proposals by 12pm noon on 4 September 2026, evaluated on price and quality.
