EV Infrastructure Installation - Phase 1 (9 Chargers Across 4 Sites)

This is a contract for electrical vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure delivery under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6347 Lot 6. Phase 1 involves procuring and installing nine EV chargers across four sites, including project management, design services, and potential support for Distribution Network Operator (DNO) upgrades. The successful contractor will be AMP EV Ltd. This initial phase may be followed by additional EV charger installations across the Authority's estate through 2030, subject to contractor performance and budget approval. The procurement was conducted as a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 using a two-stage evaluation process: Stage 1 assessed conditions of participation on a pass/fail basis, and Stage 2 evaluated shortlisted bidders on quality and price.
