Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services

Essex County Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services. The successful contractor will provide and manage a diverse fleet including long-term leased vehicles, short-term hire vehicles, and specialist adapted vehicles to support the Council's operational needs. Vehicle types required include cars, vans, light commercial vehicles, 4x4s, pick-up trucks, people carriers, minibuses, and wheelchair-accessible or bespoke specialist vehicles. The provider must also deliver associated services including fleet management, preventative and corrective maintenance, compliance management, roadside assistance, vehicle delivery and collection, performance reporting, and dedicated account management. The solution must be flexible and scalable to accommodate changes in fleet size, operational requirements, and organizational structures throughout the contract term.
