Traffic Management Data Publishing System

TfGM seeks to implement an automated UTC Data Publishing solution to modernize its traffic management data operations. Currently, operational data from the UTC-UX system—including traffic signal information, SCOOT performance metrics, bus priority activity, and network conditions—is extracted manually, creating inconsistencies and requiring significant resources. The solution will automatically publish standardized UTC and SCOOT messages in JSON format through an AMQP 1.0 event-driven interface, enabling direct ingestion into TfGM's data warehouse in a structured, reliable, and automated manner. This procurement will reduce manual effort, improve data consistency, support KPI reporting and traffic modeling, and advance TfGM's commitment to data-driven network management. Due to technical compatibility requirements with TfGM's existing UTC system, this procurement is limited to Yunex as the sole provider.
