Tree Survey Services - Merlin Park University Hospital OPD Phase 2

This opportunity invites qualified surveyors to conduct a comprehensive tree survey at Merlin Park University Hospital's Outpatient Department (OPD) Phase 2 development. The survey will assess all relevant trees on the site and deliver a detailed schedule including species identification, physical measurements (height, trunk diameter, and canopy spread), age estimation, and condition assessments. Surveyors must evaluate both physiological condition (good/fair/poor) and structural integrity, document any notable damage, infections, defects or weaknesses, and classify trees according to BS 5837:2012 categories (A, B, C, or U). The deliverable will also include recommended root protection areas for each tree. A site location map is provided in the project appendices. This survey is essential for informing tree protection and management strategies during the hospital's development phase.
