The Supplier will provide e-cigarettes and associated products (including e-liquids) through a voucher-based procurement scheme to support smoking cessation services. Key responsibilities include: supplying e-cigarette products and associated consumables; providing customer support to end users; and delivering training to Local Stop Smoking Service Advisors (Council employees or authorized representatives who deliver behavioral support and cessation guidance). This is a demand-led arrangement with no guaranteed minimum spend, and the contract value will depend on actual government funding allocation and voucher redemption rates. Suppliers should be prepared for variable volumes and ensure they can scale their operations to meet fluctuating demand.
