Ireland – Property Management Services Framework Agreement (8-Year Term)

The Authority is seeking qualified contractors for an 8-year framework agreement to provide comprehensive property management services across three regions: Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster. Services include asset register development and maintenance, facilities management systems, annual maintenance planning, planned and corrective maintenance of buildings and facilities, bus stop maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and winterisation. The estimated contract value is €22.9 million (excluding VAT), with potential for expansion to €26.3 million based on future bus routes and depot facilities. Three initial contracts will be awarded in conjunction with the framework agreement. Qualified contractors should be prepared to demonstrate experience in large-scale property management, maintenance planning, facilities systems management, and service delivery across multiple locations.
