Property Management Services for West Norfolk Property Limited's Rental Portfolio

West Norfolk Property Limited (WNPL), a company wholly owned by the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, is seeking a qualified partner to provide comprehensive management and maintenance services for its private rental housing portfolio. WNPL currently manages 95 properties acquired as new build since 2020, with plans to expand to 139 homes by the end of 2027. The company may also acquire additional properties from third parties across West Norfolk and Norfolk. The successful contractor will manage all day-to-day operations including marketing and letting, rent collection and arrears management, property inspections, repairs coordination, void management, regulatory compliance, and customer services. This is a two-year contract with an optional two-year extension. All properties are located in King's Lynn and available to the general public.
