External Decorations and Repairs - Various Properties (Lot 2)

This is an invitation to tender for external decoration and repair works at various properties under the Decoration & Minor Pre-decoration Repairs Framework 2024-2028, Lot 2. Suppliers are invited to submit tenders for external decorations and repairs on properties numbered 5-25. All tender documents have been provided and must be carefully reviewed before submission. Interested suppliers must 'Opt In' to access the tender return form and begin their response. The 'Opt Out' option is available throughout the process if you wish to withdraw, with the ability to 'Opt In' again at any time. Completed tender documents and forms of tender must be submitted via InTend no later than 2pm on Tuesday 14th April 2026.
