Firefighter Personal Protective Equipment - Managed Service Framework Agreement (Lot 1)

This framework agreement establishes managed service contracts for Fire Structural Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lightweight PPE, including Wildland Fire and Technical Rescue PPE. The framework offers Participating Authorities flexible leasing options ranging from fully managed services to partial managed services with associated support services, ensuring value for money and operational flexibility. Four suppliers have been awarded framework agreements. Participating Authorities can now enter into Call-Off Agreements with these suppliers under the framework. The framework has a maximum term of 8 years, with anticipated reopening periods scheduled for July 2029 and between July 2032 and July 2033. New suppliers wishing to participate should monitor for notices published around these reopening dates. This is an open framework, allowing additional suppliers to join during designated reopening periods.
