Online Training Programme Development: Understanding Self-Harm

The HSE (Health Service Executive) is seeking a single-source supplier to design, develop, and deliver an interactive online training programme titled 'Understanding Self-Harm'. The programme targets members of the public and emphasizes practical action learning outcomes. Content will be created by an expert HSE project group focused on the National Office of Suicide Prevention (NOSP). The 45-60 minute programme should use mixed media including video, audio, animations, and interactive written content to create an engaging, multimodal learning experience. Upon completion, participants will have increased understanding of self-harm and improved knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize and appropriately intervene if they suspect someone may be self-harming. The successful supplier will be responsible for all design, development, and delivery aspects of this public-facing training initiative.
