Support and Maintenance Services for the National Competency Framework for Data Professionals

NHS England seeks a supplier to provide ongoing maintenance, support and administration for the National Competency Framework (NCF) for Data and Analytics Professionals. The NCF is a nationally recognised framework that defines the knowledge, skills and behaviours required across the health and care system. Key responsibilities include: maintaining and updating the framework to keep it current and relevant; engaging with stakeholders and framework adopters; providing user support and managing feedback; administering governance and reporting; promoting adoption across NHS organisations and the wider health and care sector; and managing day-to-day queries. This is an interim contract while NHS England develops a permanent operating model. The successful supplier will help safeguard the continued use and value of this national workforce asset, supporting the development of a sustainable, capable and recognised Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) workforce across the health and care system.
