Audio Visual Equipment Supply and Installation for Community Rooms

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for an upcoming tender to supply and install audio-visual equipment across approximately 19 community rooms in fire stations throughout West Yorkshire. The project aims to modernise facilities, improve accessibility, and support hybrid working and interactive community engagement and training activities. WYFRS serves over 2.2 million people across 800 square miles as the fourth-largest Fire and Rescue Service in the UK. Core requirements include interactive touchscreens (wall-mounted or mobile), screen beam capabilities, small form factor PCs with peripherals, professional installation, and ongoing support. Each community room will be equipped with modern AV systems to reduce maintenance issues and improve user experience. The tender is expected to be issued in September or October 2025, with a minimum contract term of 3 years and an estimated total contract value between £100,000 and £125,000.
